My cup is personalI haven't been able to shake the anger and disgust I feel about someone stealing my personal <a href="www.yeti.com">Yeti</a> mug at work.
Yes, I did accidentally forget it in the lunchroom.
No, it was not monogrammed with my name.
However, if you see a very nice, clearly expensive commuter mug, chances are it's not up for grabs.
I have left it in the lunchroom several times previously and no one took it.
Imagine my frustration when I was told by someone "you shouldn't have left it in the mailroom." Does the same apply to a forgotten jacket or purse for that matter?
Coffee lovers know that what you drink from is just as important as what you drink (coffee, that is).
If you didn't buy it, keep your paws off.
Still checking constantly to see if whomever stole my mug will be embarrassed enough to try to return it.
No luck yet.

One of my favorite holiday gifts was three bags of <a href="https://claytoncoffee.com/pages/contact-us">Clayton Coffee<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGQLo3TmHjPtrTDZIq8MpLCRD0ZocmPOHhg1q-H-DWmzzKdhafFQ7ARAQMqCxoSebdiKUwae-4L280HVlJ56pPiP4tU9JwufC2LuUintRFpx7vKns_4omR4-Xk-76xNJBJJVyUqjGaN7_-NwSUI7j1A__JPAuT5tNFVTJOqjkvXVtcVBas4v1PxIC4IBYh/s4032/IMG_3721.jpeg" style="display: block; padding: 1em 0; text-align: center; "><img alt="" border="0" height="320" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGQLo3TmHjPtrTDZIq8MpLCRD0ZocmPOHhg1q-H-DWmzzKdhafFQ7ARAQMqCxoSebdiKUwae-4L280HVlJ56pPiP4tU9JwufC2LuUintRFpx7vKns_4omR4-Xk-76xNJBJJVyUqjGaN7_-NwSUI7j1A__JPAuT5tNFVTJOqjkvXVtcVBas4v1PxIC4IBYh/s320/IMG_3721.jpeg"/></a></div></a>.
Love the packaging, love the graphics, and absolutely love this roast.
Organic Mexico Chiapas.
Saved it for Sunday morning sampling. Paired with grits, toast and gospel music.

This year, I didn't quite get it together in time.
Alas, I thought I would like to share a few of the items on my personal Holiday Wish List.
1. A new coffee grinder
2. A new coffee station set up
3. A new frother
I'll keep you posted. It all seems like a blur, but
when I walked into my local store last week, I picked up a bag of these
lovelies. Dark roasted - and not one I like to drink every day, but really good
when mixed with a handful of blonde roasted beans. A limited offering, of
course, so hurry before they're gone. <b><a href="www.starbucks.com">Starbucks Thanksgiving Blend<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiW8gN7y73cFbeW-3lxO-v6BzncxsJw-N7P0p2h_xLP3Mb5bWYX5PyJ2FR21fdQIEkHzsGNhpxAHUoC8Yn3hpay9WMsi4oqPK9yV68ns3JfPQTt8QtfFZE1zTgSWkgxwEj7IKnijxpqJ4UDHKySno5xIKbGhyfM-CK5kHFlSyaG-y0CCpgiwuV5MLugZyEA/s1080/Thanksgivingblend.jpg" style="display: block; padding: 1em 0; text-align: center; "><img alt="" border="0" height="400" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="810" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiW8gN7y73cFbeW-3lxO-v6BzncxsJw-N7P0p2h_xLP3Mb5bWYX5PyJ2FR21fdQIEkHzsGNhpxAHUoC8Yn3hpay9WMsi4oqPK9yV68ns3JfPQTt8QtfFZE1zTgSWkgxwEj7IKnijxpqJ4UDHKySno5xIKbGhyfM-CK5kHFlSyaG-y0CCpgiwuV5MLugZyEA/s400/Thanksgivingblend.jpg"/></a></div></a></b>

Nora Spangler loves her husband, Hayden. He’s sweet and handsome, but not helpful. Nora is pregnant with their second child, trying to make partner at her law firm, house hunting—basically, taking care of everything. Then Nora visits an idyllic community where the homes are beautiful, the women are top line professionals, and their husbands? Unicorns who do laundry, make dinner, work full time, take care of the kids, and praise their wives all the time. This is where Nora wants to be. But is it as perfect as it seems? <span style="box-sizing: border-box;">The Husbands</span> is the book you will want to share with a friend and is destined to become a book club favorite. <span style="box-sizing: border-box;">—Seira Wilson, Amazon Editor</span></i></div>Dottiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16343516541722457221noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7684708429651893597.post-34432180240087904092021-07-19T07:00:00.001-07:002021-07-19T07:00:00.232-07:00A New Favorite - Starbucks Rwanda Hingkawa Reserve (R)<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjPEpayjF5ObeQqD_8qdLtuFEKHnZerKmamdoWncbyAZXLT0c2JUqH31ECbpBgTm3-Hss3UNK1FmCmhKba4eCtW6fJaTIp7YromRuthGQasl-U4nARpVrn10gqzVfOPo_aa26_QHJ_uBqeO/s1080/Starbucks+Rwanda+Hingakawa.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1080" data-original-width="810" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjPEpayjF5ObeQqD_8qdLtuFEKHnZerKmamdoWncbyAZXLT0c2JUqH31ECbpBgTm3-Hss3UNK1FmCmhKba4eCtW6fJaTIp7YromRuthGQasl-U4nARpVrn10gqzVfOPo_aa26_QHJ_uBqeO/w300-h400/Starbucks+Rwanda+Hingakawa.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">So exciting to be able to walk into a Starbucks store and peruse rather than having to drive through.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">Grabbed a bag of the Black Label Reserve - can I tell you how excited I was to find this?</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;"><a href="https://www.starbucks.com/menu/product/2123239/whole-bean?parent=%2Fat-home-coffee%2Fwhole-bean%2Fstarbucks-reserve">Rwanda Hingkawa Reserve</a> (R)</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">That's a mouthful, I know.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">I feel rather proud of the fact that I'm getting my fruit in my coffee. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">Blood Orange with Green Melon and it's from the ALL-FEMALE farmer coop of Hingakawa.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">Good stuff.</span></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><h1 class="sb-heading text-lg text-bold" style="background-color: white; box-sizing: inherit; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87); font-family: SoDoSans, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 2.8rem !important; letter-spacing: -0.16px; line-height: 1.385; margin: 0px; outline: none;" tabindex="-1"><br /></h1>Dottiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16343516541722457221noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7684708429651893597.post-34582904124059437082021-05-16T17:41:00.000-07:002021-05-16T17:41:02.409-07:00Confessions of a Coffee Lover (I've been "seeing" a Nespresso)<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg_Fe4hv3NyPLpesTnpSOpoINGPoL3tF2Ed0Vjxv9grRkRbgBbvirZTJACwg4QHAdaMTt0FTjrUDpffzIKr0wZa2pra-8vHdRSeK4czfeJRuVSbCN4VlQdMfhL_o6l3pcrtytqVb8shC6vd/s225/Nespresso.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="225" data-original-width="225" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg_Fe4hv3NyPLpesTnpSOpoINGPoL3tF2Ed0Vjxv9grRkRbgBbvirZTJACwg4QHAdaMTt0FTjrUDpffzIKr0wZa2pra-8vHdRSeK4czfeJRuVSbCN4VlQdMfhL_o6l3pcrtytqVb8shC6vd/w400-h400/Nespresso.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">I have really gone back and forth about whether or not I should mention something here.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">But, I feel like we've become close enough over the years, that I shouldn't be holding back.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">I've been seeing a <a href="https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/home?gclsrc=aw.ds&&ds_kid=43700051098347152&gclid=CjwKCAjwhYOFBhBkEiwASF3KGbaHVsmTDytVfwVp-RdREAsFgu7kGWY0sx8FKQK_pJtCn4_Zw8tCpxoCaz4QAvD_BwE">Nespresso</a>.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: trebuchet; font-size: large;">I didn't set out to cheat on my favorite whole bean and microroasted coffees.
