Some like it dark and for those people, Caribou presents "Lacuna," a dark, bold coffee featuring a natural-processed Ethiopian coffee and Central American and Guatemalan coffees.

Some like it "in-between" and for them, Caribou offers "Lakeshore Blend", a medium-roast blend of coffees from Guatemala, El Salvador and Ethiopia. Featuring a washed Ethiopian coffee, Lakeshore Blend is smooth and fresh, featuring delicate citrus notes and a silky body.

The Rainforest Alliance is a Non-governmental organization (NGO) with the published aims of working to conserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable livelihoods by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior. All Time Favorite Coffee Jingles

I have consumed a lot of coffee over the last couple of decades, but it's mainly through "trial and error," "word of mouth," or "pure luck," that I found those I've enjoyed the most. And, of course, the folks who reach out and let me know about the great coffees that are out there. But with micro roasters becoming more and more popular, and grocery store coffee being talked about less, even though many supermarket varieties are very good, I can't help but remember some of those jingles and television commercials that remain etched in my mind.
