What better way to celebrate French National Day than with French Roast coffee?

 And this Caribou Dark French Roast really is good.  

 My aunt, who lives in Minnesota, sent this to me since we don't have Caribou Coffee Shops where I live.

 Actually, she shipped it to Texas so that I could enjoy it on vacation, but I left it there and my daughter brought it back home when she returned yesterday.

 Coincidence?  I think not.  I would call it perfect timing that it would end up in my hands and in my new Capresso Coffee A La Carte, just in time for Bastille Day!

 Better than a baguette!

All Time Favorite Coffee Jingles

I have consumed a lot of coffee over the last couple of decades, but it's mainly through "trial and error," "word of mouth," or "pure luck," that I found those I've enjoyed the most. And, of course, the folks who reach out and let me know about the great coffees that are out there. But with micro roasters becoming more and more popular, and grocery store coffee being talked about less, even though many supermarket varieties are very good, I can't help but remember some of those jingles and television commercials that remain etched in my mind.
