Happy Staff Appreciation Day

Today is "Staff Appreciation Day," formerly "Secretary's Day."

Whatever you call it, it's a good time to enjoy a cup of your favorite coffee.

Sometimes I get so "caught up" trying this new coffee and that new coffee, the best blends and the most expensive blends, that I truly forget that some of my favorite blends are downright affordable!

So, I'm "paying it forward" today. My sister gave this "red" pack of coffee to me and I'm sharing it with my colleagues because if you can't appreciate each other - who can you appreciate?

    You got that right. I live by the saying "It's always nice to make new friends, but never forget the old, tried and true ones." That goes for everything, including your "old friend, Community Coffee." It never fails to embrace you with familiar, warm, cozy, relaxed, welcoming" aura.

All Time Favorite Coffee Jingles

I have consumed a lot of coffee over the last couple of decades, but it's mainly through "trial and error," "word of mouth," or "pure luck," that I found those I've enjoyed the most. And, of course, the folks who reach out and let me know about the great coffees that are out there. But with micro roasters becoming more and more popular, and grocery store coffee being talked about less, even though many supermarket varieties are very good, I can't help but remember some of those jingles and television commercials that remain etched in my mind.
