Of course, they roast the coffee over oakwood in Texas.  It's Texas and it's coffee.

And, Santa did not disappoint me this year.

Dropped me off a bag of limited edition "Good Tidings to All" from Summer Moon Coffee.

Christmas can be year 'round, if you choose your coffee wisely.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
