Throw Your Hands In The Air - If You're A True Player - Coffee Player, that is

It's the little things that make me happy. Like this morning when I went into Starbucks and ordered the Breakfast Special (Sausage sandwich and a tall coffee for 3.95). I usually get the Greek Yogurt, but today, I was feeling "meaty."

Anyway, my sandwich was warm, but not too hot when I bit into it and then when I picked up my cup to take a sip of my Espresso Roast, to my surprise, Starbucks has a new cup.

And this is not just a new cup - this is a new, cool cup. It reads:

"We Don't Just Want to Make Your Drink, We Want to Make Your Day."

And on this cup is a picture of the "Coffee Siren" with one hand up in the air holding a up with the letter "S" on it.

So. . .it seemed to me that she was borrowing a line from Notorious B-I-G, "Throw Your Hands In the Air, If You're A True Player!" Coffee player.

Have a great day!

  1. Makes you ready to tackle the day!!! Siren could even be a spinoff of the Statute of Liberty holding up "the torch" - to light up your day!!! I'm on my way to "feel the spirit" with my first cuppa java for the day!!! I am looking forward to holding the new cup w/an "I can do this!" attitude.
