I'm Back with Ethiopia's Caffe Tomoca

Where has this coffee been all my coffee drinking life?  It took my sister's neighbor's trip to Ethiopia to help me discovery one of my new all-time favorites.

Ethiopan Caffee Tomoca (R).  I've always loved Ethiopian coffees - but this is straight from the source.

Apparently, this company has been roasting great coffee since 1953 from the high mountains of Ethiopia.  It took me until 2022 to find out.

Secret tip:  Add a tiny bit of ginger for an even more unique flavor.

Here's to Ethiopia Tomoca Coffee!

All Time Favorite Coffee Jingles

I have consumed a lot of coffee over the last couple of decades, but it's mainly through "trial and error," "word of mouth," or "pure luck," that I found those I've enjoyed the most. And, of course, the folks who reach out and let me know about the great coffees that are out there. But with micro roasters becoming more and more popular, and grocery store coffee being talked about less, even though many supermarket varieties are very good, I can't help but remember some of those jingles and television commercials that remain etched in my mind.
