Sunday Best - Project X from Metropolis Coffee

I had dinner at a very nice restaurant a few weeks ago.  Not only was the food good, the coffee was excellent.  There's nothing worse than a restaurant with superior food and awful coffee.

I was so impressed that I asked the blend.  Pardon my ignorance, but I had never heard of "Project X Coffee"until then.

I ordered a pound online.  Should have ordered more.  Delicious, dark roast.  Just what this Sunday morning needed.

Always happy to spread the news about a good blend.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
