Running Out of Coffee

How does a coffee blogger run out of coffee? Obviously, I'm working too hard and not paying close enough attention to what's important.

I got up this morning to fix myself a pot of coffee - it's Wednesday - and I usually like something "special."

But, there was no there - there.

Canister was empty. Pantry. Nada.

My world was crashing right before my eyes.

I had to go on a scavenger hunt looking for remnants of coffee ground up into tiny little plastic bags. And the tiny bit that was left in my grinder.

I was able to scrounge up enough for a small pot, but that left me to ponder the bigger question - "What the heck have I been thinking about lately?"

So, off I go - on a mission - gotta replenish my stash!

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
