Wake Up and Smell the Sumatra Blue Batak

Thank God, It's Friday!

And this is one of the mornings where I am easing into the day. Sometimes you just have to stop and smell the brew. It's really nice when that brew smells like this pot of Peet's Sumatra Blue Batak that I just made.

This is good stuff. Bold. But not too bold. Complex but not 'mixed up,' mild but gets the job done.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself.
