Peet's Ethiopian Ancient Abyssinia - LIMITED OFFERING

What's in your cup?

Mine is filled with Peet's Ethiopian Ancient Abyssinia. At $20 bucks a pound, it's definitely one of the pricier offerings, but you can purchase as little as a quarter of a pound.

I bought a half-pound bag of beans for a weekend treat.

It's a deep roast, but not so dark that it's over-powering. Not a coffee I would want to drink every day but it sure did wake me up this morning. Super-charged and ready for errands.

From Peet's website:

Ancient Abyssinia
Delicate and floral with hints of jasmine and citrus. A rare artifact unearthed from the highlands of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, one of the world’s finest coffee growing regions. Roasted in the medium roast style to highlight the floral notes.

Ancient Abyssinia will be offered for a limited time online and in-stores. It will be avilable online for 4 roasts only: July 11, 18, 25 and Aug 1.
