If you happen to be near Cleveland, Tennessee, you will want to add Bonlife Coffee Company to your list of places to go.

Bonlife sent me a sample of their "Freedom Blend" which is a medium roast coffee, described on their website as:

"Ethiopian earthiness and floral notes mix nicely with Sumatran fruit and spice in this complex, nuanced cup"

It's a good cup of coffee. Medium body and quite pleasant.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
