I've been keeping something from you. Everybody knows that I love coffee but I've shared with few people my affinity for Coffee-mate (TM). There, I said it. I like Coffee-mate.

I love a great cup of gourmet coffee, but, I can still appreciate a cup of Yuban. And that's why I'm coming clean. You don't have to tell me what Coffee-mate is made from because I already know. Don't care. And while there is no substitute for the "real thing," a little non-dairy creamer never killed anybody.

Here's to you Coffee-mate. If nothing else, I owe you honesty.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
