I love talking about things that go great with coffee.  Almost as much as I love talking about coffee - but, not quite.

 Today, it gives me great pleasure to talk about my new hobby.  Cupcake decorating!

 I took a class wit my daughter over the weekend to learn about decorating cupcakes using the Wilton Method.

 But this is just the beginning.  Can't wait to "take it up a notch" by creating my own frosting and going outside the box with my cupcake creations.

 Not bad for a beginner, eh?

 I'm also testing out new cake batter recipes because it's still what's inside that counts - although the outside can really catch your attention.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
