It's Sumatra Saturday from Fonté Coffee Roasters

I have a habit of "pinching" off of my favorite coffees.

 I'd been saving the last of the Sumatra beans from Fonté for a special occasion.  I think Saturday fits that bill.

 I've already done three loads of laundry and recycled two stacks of old magazines.  

 Now, it's time for a coffee break.

 This Sumatra is what I would call "even-keeled."  Strong but not overpowering.  Bold, but gentle.

 I think it's going to be a long coffee break for me today. I have a whole pile of unopened mail that I haven't even gotten to yet!

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
