I absolutely love Peaberry coffees*.  But it has to be the right roast, of course.

 This one hits the mark.  It's so delicious that it's almost like having dessert in my cup.  

 I've got a big old "peaberry grin" on my face as I'm writing this, just thinking about this wonderful limited-time offering from Peet's.

 These cute little beans are proof that it isn't size that matters - it's quality.  And, of course, it's all in the roasting process.  Sometimes Peet's is a little too, how can I say, "roast-y" for my tastes, but I've noticed in the last couple of years, they've really stepped up their micro-lot game.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
