Honk If You Love Peet's Coffee

For Peet's sake, it's not that serious. . .or is it?

I stopped at Peet's in Berkeley this morning. I like Peet's Coffee. It's good coffee. It's well-respected, known for its deep tones and bold taste. In fact, it's a Berkeley institution.

But geez - come on people! Folks who love Peet's - they really love Peet's. They are so serious about their coffee, or perhaps, so highly-caffeinated that they will run right over you trying to get to their favorite java.

Garuda, House Blend, Major Dickason's. . .all familiar names to "Peet-Niks." (That's what Peet's calls its die-hard followers.)

Don't get me wrong, I like a good cup of coffee just as well as the next person, but people - remember - hopefully, it won't be your last cup - ever!!

Breathe-stretch-let it go.

For Peet's Sake - be kind to your fellow coffee lovers.

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
