Oblong, thick, cookies designed to be dipped in coffee, cocoa, or wine.
Originally from Italy, "biscotti" translates as "twice baked."

*(These biscotti or is the plural biscotto - were handmade by my daughter using the recipe from the cookbook, "The Skinny Italian" by Terese Guidice of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey.".

Morning Thunder Tea by Celestial Seasonings

I have yet to meet a Celestial Seasonings tea I didn't like. Doesn't mean there aren't any. I just haven't tried them. Anyway, since it's not even 10 a.m. and I've already had two cups of strong coffee, I thought this would be a good time to find out what my daughter has been raving about. Black tea + mate = delicious flavor . I can't even describe this one. It tastes like - tea. Good tea. You'll have to trust me on this one and check it out for yourself. If you're like me, there are some days where you have to take it down a notch from the coffee. I think this Morning Thunder is a happy medium. Thank God It's Friday!
